INCENTIVE PROGRAMS In addition to regular wages, salaries, and overtime pay, Edina Realty Title offers incentive programs that provide every employee with an opportunity to earn additional compensation in the busiest times. All employees have the opportunity to share in revenues earned when the company is busiest and employees are working the hardest. EXTENSIVE TRAINING We believe that training is the key to helping our employees succeed. That’s why we’ve developed a comprehensive training program called Edina Realty Title University or “ERT U.” No other title company in the Midwest has a program like this or is as dedicated to developing employees personally and professionally as Edina Realty Title. We have four “degree levels” and we encourage our employees to earn at least one degree a year. Degree courses range from entry level classes for new employees through intermediate and advanced courses for those employees ready to expand their title industry knowledge and cross-train, and finally, to management courses for those employees who have become managers.
