Edina Realty Title was founded in 1986 to provide convenient and efficient residential title services to its affiliate, Edina Realty. Since that time, it has grown into the Midwest’s leading full-service title company, with 200 employees. The company offers a complete menu of services, including abstracting, title insurance, new construction, commercial, property reports and real estate and mortgage closings – plus special programs such as Closing Express (which expedites the closing) and LIST Now (which provides fast title status confirmation).

EXTENSIVE TRAINING

We believe that training is the key to helping our employees succeed. That’s why we’ve developed a comprehensive training program called Edina Realty Title University or “ERT U.” No other title company in the Midwest has a program like this or is as dedicated to developing employees personally and professionally as Edina Realty Title.

We have four “degree levels” and we encourage our employees to earn at least one degree a year. Degree courses range from entry level classes for new employees through intermediate and advanced courses for those employees ready to expand their title industry knowledge and cross-train, and finally, to management courses for those employees who have become managers. At Edina Realty Title, you’ll learn as you earn.

TECHNOLOGY

Edina Realty Title employees enjoy the efficiencies of working with the industry’s most cutting edge technology tools, including several programs that have been developed in-house to meet the ever growing company needs. Edina Realty Title’s entire paperwork flow is electronic – from order entry through to the closing. In fact, the company has a vision of becoming a paperless environment through continued advancements in technology.

As an employee of Edina Realty Title, you will enjoy the convenience of dial-up access to metro area counties, high-speed communication throughout the system using T1 phone lines, and a web-based scheduling tool designed to provide efficient closing information communication between sales associates, closing personnel and clients alike. It is important to the company that all of its employees are given the resources they need to complete their jobs accurately and effectively. Comprehensive training is provided to the entire company whenever a new advancement is added to the company’s technology framework. Employees are given the initial training and the ongoing support to be able to use all of the company’s technology competently.
