EXPERIENCE/BUSINESS BACKGROUND - My background in the business community has provided me with the skills I need to successfully help my clients fulfill their real estate dreams.  My background as an interior designer and business owner for 16 years has been an excellent tool for proving me as a leader working with the public. I have been a full time Real Estate agent for 16  years. For ten years I have received from Edina Realty the Prestigious Presidents Circle Award and for three, I received the Master's Circle Award which puts me into one the most elite group of Realtors.  My motto is "I MAKE DREAMS COME TRUE".
My husband Allan is also a Realtor, so we team up to make things happen twice as fast.  When you choose me as your Realtor you get double the service with "The Berg Team".

PROFESSIONAL GOALS - I am proud of my reputation as an honest and credible REALTOR and work hard to ensure complete client satisfaction.  I have been a Top Producer Member for the past twelve years, a Multi-Million dollar producer every year,  a member of the Presidents Circle since 1998 and have received the Prestigious Master's Circle Award in 2005, 2006 and 2007.

EDUCATION - Providing the best possible real estate service is important to me.  To reach this goal, nothing helps me more than having a good education.  Along with completing a number of advanced real estate training courses, I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute(GRI), Certified Residential Specialist(CRS), Accredited Buyer Rep(ABR) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT -Being active in a number of professional and community organizations has been enjoyable and has helped me to interact successfully with a wide variety of people. I serve on the Ethics Committee for the Realtors Association, currently I am serving as the Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee. My  father who is 94 and I deliver "Meals on Wheels" every Wednesday.  I have served on various committees at our church, and I was an active volunteer for St. Joseph's Hospice Care Program for 12 years.. We have a four year old grandson, Carson James, who is the love of our lives.  Being born and raised in Northwestern Wisconsin, I know the area intimately, and I feel this has certainly helped me with my real estate career.
