| Welcome |
Greetings,
I'm Barbara Lent. My friends call me 'the Lent lady'. . . and you can, too! I have lived in this area since 1995 and truly enjoy the lifestyle, the scenic landscapes and the friendly people.
Becoming a Realtor was a career change that I considered for long time. I would be honored to help you find your dream home, and/or sell your current property. Owning your own home is, in itself, a dream come true. And whether you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned homeowner, the tax advantages and incentives can make it even more appealing.
A couple of my passions are photography and quilting. Both are mediums that are best when shared. I don't think I'll live long enough to make all of the quilts I'd like or use all my 'stash'! One of the best ways to focus is at a retreat. And a great place for a retreat is The Red Hen House Retreat Center in Brooten. It is an awesome place if I do say so. Take a peek at the website, www.theRedHenHouse.com, for more information.
I spent many years as a professional photographer before getting my real estate license. Maybe that helps make better pictures of the homes I list! Now photography is something that brings me joy as an art form. I also like to share the images at art shows when I am able!
I would be honored to work with you -- whether you are selling your property or are in the market for a new one. Enjoy the many resources available here and don't hesitate to contact me via email or telephone. Have a wonderful day! |
