Commitment
Working in the real estate industry is more than just having a job. We live real estate. I am available when my clients need me to be, and if that means we are still negotiating a contract at midnight, that's what I do. I am never pushy, but always persistant. I realize how important this transaction is to you.
Education
I graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield with a teaching degree, and while that doesn't seem to relate, you'd be surprised how much teaching I do in the course of a transaction. I want you to know what we're doing and why every step of the way. In order to provide you with the most current information, I participate in a number of advanced training classes each year. Nothing in this industry stays the same for long.
Experience/Business Background
I have been with Edina Realty since 1985. Previously, most of my experience was in the area of sales. Those years did prepare me for the rigors that real estate can encompass. But none of those previous jobs prepared me for the sense of accomplishment that comes when a transaction is completed and I have made a differnce in someone's life.
Service Philosophy
I believe as long as we maintain good communication, our relationship will remain intact. Buying or selling real estate can be very stressful. I will try to minimize that stress for you. In the last few years, the majority of my business comes from referrals from past clients and past clients coming to me again. Hopefully that means I'm doing something right.
Strengths/Results
Past jobs that I have had, have given me a very good working knowledge of the whole Twin City area. Because of this I can add a continuity to a buyers search by moving between different areas, and be able to help them with the sale of their current home, regardless of where it is. .
