negotiate on my clients' behalf.
Getting to know my clients and their families is a favorite part of my work. I am passionate
about helping people move into the right home for them and/or sell their home with success

Background
• Bachelor of Science degree in Housing and Design from the University of Minnesota. I have
worked in kitchen design and lighting sales and have a keen interest in universal design --
designing environments to be usable by all people, to the greatest extent possible, without
the need for adaptation or specialized design.
• Housing Counselor for the City of St. Paul. I worked with foreclosure prevention, home buying,
tenant/landlord issues, housing code, and various other housing programs. This has given me
extensive housing-related experience that I bring to my career as a REALTOR®, as well as a
good understanding of St. Paul and its neighborhoods.
• Served three years on the Professional Standards Committee of the Minnesota Association of
REALTORS®.
• National real estate designations earned:
• Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI)
• e-PRO Internet Professional (e-PRO)
• Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR)
