Background
I've lived in the Midwest my whole life. My early years were spent living in Bloomer, WI. It is... or was so small that if you blinked twice you'd miss it.
During my formative years I lived in Brainerd. My immediate family still lives there. My father has a healthcare practice where he dedicates his time to making people healthier. My mother is a wonderfully skilled horse trainer and provides professional riding lessons as well as therapeutic lessons for the disabled. My sister and her husband teach dance lessons and are raising a beautiful daughter.
In late 1996 I moved to Minneapolis. I've always had an interest in real estate. I remember my parents talking about a not so great time with one of their realtors when I was growing up. I'm sure many of you have similar stories or may have, yourself, had a not so great experience. Keeping that in mind, I set out to start my real estate career in 2003. The market has changed a ton since then and continues to change...I've changed right along with it.
