In our local Brainerd Lakes Area, Residential home inventory is 24% less than a year ago. Waterfront inventory is down by 10%.

I have been a full time Real Estate professional since 1991. I am a Certified Relocation Specialist, Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and a Director of the Greater Lakes Association of Realtors (GLAR).
