I have worked for several years now helping my clients either buyer, sell traditional single family homes, or foreclosure/short sale homes. My niche market is investment property, an area I have lots of experience in. I own Graham Way Properties, LLC. , and our rental properties are student housing. Yes, we have plenty of drama, but we both like working with the "kids". Had you thought that you wanted rental properties but didn't know what kind or where? That's what I like to do, is help figure that out.
I have spent years helping clients buy and sell short sale homes, or bank owned. You "have" to have the experience before you undertake this endeavor. I am very consistent in keeping up to date with my education, as it's most valuable to my clients. I do have my CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert, as well as my SFR, Short Sale Foreclsoure Realtor. I also am qualified to help clients with the 1031 Exchange, as I am an Exchange realtor. Experience is key, and that's "me".
