Half of which was growing a successful family owned restaurant in DT Hopkins MN; the Boston Garden.
A great deal about development was learned as I was involved and was a leader in the revitalization of DT Hopkins.
Renaming Mainstreet, Re-design of Mainstreet, Mainstreet Days, Art Center, Building HBCA and Twin West Memberships
and running a 300 seat 40 employee restaurant are all fond and successful pursuits.
