A Little Bit About Us:
Jim has sold real estate for over 14 years with Edina Realty. He has sales in excess of $40,000,000 and has closed over 300 transactions. He has received multiple awards and designations, including Master’s and Presidents Circle Member (2001-2010). He was elected to and served on the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors and has been named "Super Agent" four times in Minneapolis/St. Paul magazine. Jim has worked alongside his parents Tom and Kathy Diffley. Tom Diffley created the training program for all Edina Realty agents and has worked in the business for over 30 years. Kathy Diffley has also been in the business for over 25 years and is a past president of the National Association of Realtors. Prior to becoming a realtor, Jim worked in the temporary and permanent staffing industry. He graduated from St. John’s University in 1992 with an English and Spanish Major.

Shelley has sold real estate for over five years. She worked alongside an industry dynamo, Debbie St. Marie, learning not only the business but also staging and creative marketing. Shelley most recently joined her husband, Jim, as his partner and assistant in 2010. Prior to joining Edina Realty, Shelley worked for Sun Life Financial selling employee benefits for five years. She also worked for Goldsmith Agio Helms, a boutique investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, for three years. Shelley graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 1998 with a degree in Finance and Business Management.
