By using a realtor you can gain as much as 30% on the sale of your home. One of the most important
things you can do when selling your home is remove clutter and de-personalize. Staging is a key to quicker sales, and I am very skilled in this area, and offer it as part of my services to my clients. In a buyers market, you must make your home stand out from the competition. The location and condition of your home are a top selling point. Keeping it clean, up to date and doing basic maintenance will be key to a successful and lucrative sale. Remember: when you sell your home, you will pay your realtor and the buyers realtor. That is why commissions are generally at 6-7%, but
