Introducing .... Myself
Allow me to make the assumption that you are looking through Realtor web sites to make a decision about who you will call to help you buy or sell a home.
I have over 20 years' experience selling residential real estate in the Twin Cities. Because I have worked with so many referrals, I have worked in nearly every suburb and section of Minneapolis and St. Paul. I feel that I bring an extra level of competence to every transaction.
Perhaps it is my teaching background that helps me to understand that good communication is important to my relationships with buyers, sellers and others who are part of a real estate transaction, such as other Realtors, lenders and closers. A well-informed buyer or seller makes better decisions!
Other qualities? Patient, tenancious, positive, intelligent, honest, caring.....it is important to me that I do the best possible job for my clients.
I'm a native Iowan, graduate of Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD, and have lived in Minnesota since 1978. My husband, Wally Sunderland, and I live in Eagan. We sing in our church choir, enjoy relaxing on the North Shore and spend as much time with family as possible.
