I wanted to downsize and with Kirk’s dedicated efforts we accomplished not only the sale of the existing home but the purchase of our new home within 3 months! I had expected the sale of the existing home to take up to 1 year to sell given the market conditions and the size of the home and I did not expect to get full price! In my free time, I do a lot of volunteer work, I find this is a great way to help and give back to the community. I also enjoy the outdoors and all Minnesota has to offer. One of my favorite things to do is go to our family’s cabin. I love to go fishing, hiking or in the winter go snowmobiling with family. When I am at home, I enjoy practicing my guitar and playing hockey. At this time, I do not have any children but with work and our two dogs Kasey-a golden retriever, and Eddy-a Husky, my wife, Madie, and I have our hands full.
