This year over 108,000 recent home buyers, mortgage brokers, title companies and subscribers to Mpls. St. Paul Magazine & Twin Cities Business were asked to cast a ballot to identify the Twin Cities exceptional real estate agents. Their submissions were then reviewed by a "Blue Ribbon Panel" of Real Estate experts. The panel then hand selected a total of 883 agents whom they determined qualified to receive this distinction. There selection represents fewer than 4% of all licensed agents in the State of Minnesota.
