I became a Realtor in Indianapolis, Indiana in l970, relocating to the Twin Cities in l990. Through the years I have seen and experienced a number of market trends, soaring and falling interest rates and informative transactions. Always something new. And I am always ready to find the answer or solve the problem.
Service Philosophy
I chose real estate as my career because I enjoy the business. Many steps in the process and my clients benefit from my experience. Sparta, Wisconsin was my childhood home and is the reason I returned to the upper midwest. I like it here. I have been active in Little League, scouting and foster parenting. My family is scattered throughout the country, involved in writing children's books, the Marine Corps, computers and, not surprising, construction.
