If you are looking for an experienced, mature agent, please call me. I have been a Realtor since April, 1987 and with Edina Realty since 1988. Edina Realty has been in business since 1955. We have much to offer to our buyers and sellers.
Mortgage rates are at an all time low!! If you are a first time buyer, we have wonderful programs to help secure your first home. If you have a mortgage with rates higher than 5%, it would be a good idea to check on refinancing your current loan.
We need good listings. My favorites are the sellers that have been in their home a long time and have equity in their home. These owners have typically taken good care of their home. Short sales and foreclosures are more difficult to sell. While prices have dropped from the high time of 2006, we still have buyers for good solid homes and are willing to pay a fair price for them.
My clients are of various ages from the first time buyers to the people making a life style change from private home to town home or condominium. I feel each client deserves my undivided attention. You will find me a dedicated and hardworking agent. I get many referrals from people that I have worked with in the past. I have been also fortunate to be the "Family Realtor" for several families.
My only assistant is a wonderful cell phone. You can find me easily at an time. Cell phone is 651-283-5273. You can also click the 'Contact Me' button. It will be my pleasure to serve you.
