PHASE 5: Purchase Agreement
You’re nearly a homeowner. But we’ve got work to do. There is an inspection, appraisal, mortgage review, final walk-thru and much more. You can count on the Norwood Group to handle all the details and walk you through every step.
PHASE 6: Celebration
It’s time to close and move in. We’ll be with you at closing to assure all paperwork is in order, and assure you understand every step of the closing. And after you take possession of your new home, we’ll still be available to answer any questions.
