PHASE 1: Buyer Consultation
Our process is simple: We ask questions, we listen, we learn and we educate. Only after we understand your physical needs for a home, your financial ability and comfort level with the type of purchase you are willing to consider (i.e. short sale or bank owned) do we house hunt. Our goal is to empower you to make sound decisions for your next home.

PHASE 2: Financing
The financing partner is an integral part of the home buying process, so we involve them early and expect them to be part of the team to get you to the finish line. From pre-qualifications, rate lock downs and payment scenarios to proving your viability as a buyer when you make an offer, we keep financing at the forefront so you can make informed choices.

PHASE 3: The Hunt is On
We keep a close eye on the market…all the time. So we know what’s out there and what’s coming and we use technology to narrow down the options to those that fit your needs. And you can count on our honest feedback about homes we see…our only goal is to make sure you have all the information to make the best decision.

PHASE 4: Make An Offer
Making an offer is not always about the price. It’s about proving your viability as a buyer and structuring an offer that creates a win win negotiation. Together with our financing partner, we’ll create a competitive offer and make a timely presentation to the seller on your behalf.

PHASE 5: Purchase Agreement
You’re nearly a homeowner. But we’ve got work to do. There is an inspection, appraisal, mortgage review, final walk-thru and much more. You can count on the Norwood Group to handle all the details and walk you through every step.

PHASE 6: Celebration
It’s time to close and move in. We’ll be with you at closing to assure all paperwork is in order, and assure you understand every step of the closing. And after you take possession of your new home, we’ll still be available to answer any questions.
