PHASE 1: Preparation For Market
We provide a thorough walk-thru of your property to understand its individual characteristics. We detail a "punch list" of pre-market improvements that help it stand tall against other homes for sale. We provide assistance with repairs through skilled contractors to make improvements. We also provide assistance in hiring a home stager to help in decorating, staging or furniture leasing.

PHASE 2: Pre-Listing Strategies
We have a comprehensive 5 step pre-listing strategy that has proven to help homes sell fast for a better price. It includes everything from MLS listing to virtual tours, locator signs and much more. It assures your home stands tall against other homes on the market.

PHASE 3: Marketing Activities
Once your home is on the market, we focus on selling it as if it were our own, employing direct mail to known prospects and neighborhoods, intense networking, open houses, hotlines and much more. All the while, keeping you up-to-date on activities.

PHASE 4: Negotiating the Purchase Agreement This is the time we slow the process down and help you understand the subtleties of different offers.
