I have been an agent in Willmar for the past twenty five years. I retired in 1995 from a 38 year teaching and coaching career, the last 29 years in the Willmar School System. The contacts and exposure from that position have been very beneficial in my real estate success. In July of 1995  I began my full-time Realtor position. In 1996 I obtained the Dozen Club Award which placed me in the top 3% of all residential sales. In 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003 I obtained the President's Circle Award which placed me in the top 1% of all residential sales. In 2004  I was named to the Masters Circle which is one of Edina Realty's top awards.
