Your listing price was significantly higher than the others were. Although you remained confident in the listing price, you lowered it to my comfort level and simply adjusted your marketing strategy so that we still got the highest price possible for my house. Your listing price was still higher than any others.

You were strategic in pre-marketing my home on the web and with e-mails to gain a sense of anticipation among agents and buyers. You sold my house in one day, getting 3 solid competing offers and 6% more than our asking price!

The depth of your real estate knowledge was obvious when it came to purchasing a new home. You understood exactly what my husband-to-be and I were looking for. I appreciated how you monitored new listings daily. You showed us only the houses that fit our criteria and you were willing to preview houses for us. Sending photos of the interior and exterior of the houses via e-mail was so helpful.

Once we found our dream home, you did a detailed market study to determine whether the asking price was fair and whether the house would be a good investment. You guided us in offering less for the home and convinced the selling agent that he had over priced the house!
