Stephanie Larson began her career with the Edina Realty family of companies in 2000, working as a Realtor’s assistant. Leveraging her experience in this role, she then moved to Edina Realty Title, and is currently a closer in the EdinaClosingCenter , the company’s largest and highest volume closing center.
This detail-oriented professional takes pride in her ability to be responsive to client needs, and knows the importance of putting those client needs first. Whether she’s responding to a voice mail or working through a title problem, Stephanie keeps in mind that her clients are depending on her to give them the highest level of customer service possible.
“My customers’ needs are very important to me and I believe that promptly answering their phone calls and questions immediately leads to less frustration and deters future closing problems. I do not believe in letting phone messages go unanswered and always respond to each party before leaving the office for the day. Being a good closer requires good communication skills and a desire to meet your customers’ needs. If everyone leaves a closing satisfied and with a good lasting impression of their closing experience then I feel that I’ve done well.” |
