Meet Tom

A good work ethic, a great sense of humor, enjoyable family, and excellent communication skills have put Tom with the top producers every year. His success can be attributed to the experiences he has had with his clients and his knowledge of the area. Tom has been honored by his piers at Edina Realty, with the Leadership Circle Award in 2005, 2006 ,2007, 2008 and 2010.

With Tom's knowledge of the area and his low-pressure sales skills, it isn't a surprise he is easy to work with. "My job is to point out the advantages and disadvantages of the particular property." Tom wants the customer to feel comfortable and at ease when purchasing their dream home or recreational land.

When you work with Tom, he will provide you with community information, updates on all the new listings and detailed information about properties. If you have questions on a property, don't be afraid to ask. If Tom doesn't know the answer, he will find it.

Because of his knowledge of the area, Tom's expertise is listing and selling recreational & hunting land, hobby farms, and country & city homes in the Buffalo County and surrounding areas. He has experience in helping a variety of buyers (first time, senior citizen, relocation, etc.) find their dream property.

On the Personal Side

Tom grew up on a family farm near Modena (a small town near Mondovi). Before entering into Real Estate sales, Tom specialized in farm equipment repair. A large part of his job required him to travel around the county, repairing equipment, recommending repairs and products, delivering the products to the clients as needed.

Like real estate, Tom's expertise in farm equipment repair required excellent communication skills. His favorite part of both jobs is working with people.

During his spare time Tom enjoys spending time with his family on his hobby farm, archery-hunting big game, as well as turkey and grouse hunting. He is a member of the Mondovi Conservation Club. Tom has served on the Buffalo County Board of Supervisors, law enforcement, recycling, land conservation and solid waste committees. Riding Motorcycle is also a favorite past time of Tom's.
