MY WHY, MY FAMILY

I want to introduce you to my family. They are the reason I am doing what I do!

Carl, my husband of 20 years, has supported our family over the years. His hard work and dedication to our family and work has allowed me to be a stay at home mom for the past 15 years, and I will be forever greatful for that precious time. Over the years we have moved our family seven times, in three different midwesterern states.

It is because of those moves & home purchases that I wanted to explore the world of real estate. I know first hand how stressful moving and relocating can be. Now that my youngest, Jacob is 12 years old, and the day to day demands have lessoned, I want to help others lesson the burden & stress associated with the buying and selling process.

It has been a wonderful and important experience for my childeren to see me work outside the home again, espcially for my daughter Julie, 16. My son Jason, 15 has helped me with past clients with lifting/moving furniture and boxes.

Status Definitions

For sale: Properties which are available for showings and purchase

Active contingent: Properties which are available for showing but are under contract with another buyer

Pending: Properties which are under contract with a buyer and are no longer available for showings

Sold: Properties on which the sale has closed.

Coming soon: Properties which will be on the market soon and are not available for showings.

Contingent and Pending statuses may not be available for all listings
