Head east on W Newberry Road (State Road 26) from your point on Newberry Rd in Gainesville. Continue on SR 26 East toward Gainesville city center and beyond, staying on Newberry Road past NW/SW 75th Street and through residential/commercial areas. As you leave Gainesville, SR 26 becomes Gainesville-Starke Highway. Continue following it east/southeast toward Interstate 75. Take exit onto I-75 North toward Lake City / Jacksonville. (This short freeway segment gets you northbound out of Gainesville.) Shortly after, take the exit for State Road 20 (E Hawthorne Road) and head east toward Hawthorne/Interlachen. Continue on SR 20 East until you reach US 301 North near Starke. Turn north (left) on US 301 N and continue into Hampton, FL. In Hampton, turn west (left) onto SW County Road 18. This becomes a rural road; follow it until you reach 8096 SW CR 18 on your left/west side (watch for mile markers or rural addresses).
