I love the feeling of togetherness in Longville, it is a very welcoming community. Small enough to feel like you know everyone yet the town has everything you need. If you can't find what you are looking for, you are only but an hour from Brainerd, Grand Rapids, and Bemidji.
I believe it is a great place to raise a family. I grew up here and came back and raise a family here. Small towns feel like family and it takes a village to raise a child. We have many retired people in Longville enjoying the numerous lakes for fishing and boating - not to mention the local golf courses.
