From the City of Punta Gorda, proceed northeast on US17 to SR74 (Bermont Road), then turn right and go east on SR74 for approximately 18 miles to the Bermont Traffic Circle at SR74's intersection with SR31 (Babcock Ranch Road). Proceed further east through the traffic circle about 6.1 miles past Chiquita Drive (on the left) and the access to Babcock Ranch Preserve (on the right). Beyond this point and nearby on the right-hand side...the south side of SR74, there are two driveways. The fenced driveway to the south is the easement to the 7.5 acres. The road is not built all the way to the property except for trails.
