There is a movable pipe across the entrance. Slide the bar to the right - through the chain-link fence, while leaving it propped up in the fence (so you can move it back when exiting. Work your way southeast and east along the SR 414 Fence. You will get to the large swing gate which you can pull back toward you enough to get by. Please push the gate back after exiting.
