PAWSTRANSPORT _ Pushin' Another Waggin' to Safety (PAWS)
I participate with a group of individuals that transport rescue dogs (and sometimes cats) from the southern US to Minnesota and on to rescue facilities. We do this on a bi-monthly basis. This is very near and dear to my heart, as I have rescue dogs myself. Roo Yori and I trade off on co-piloting the adventure. Sometimes we have as little as 5 or 6 dogs, and sometimes we have 15+. And always lots of puppies!
DOC'S RECOVERY HOUSE
I chair a group of Edina Realty Rochester agents that provide a monthly meal to the residents at Doc's House. This is another extremely rewarding small thing I can do for these folks. Everyone has a story, and I so believe in 2nd and 3rd chances.
