In 2015, housing demand in the Twin Cities reached a 10-year high. Pending sales were up 18.1 percent and the median sales price was up 7.3 percent to $219,900 in November 2015, according to the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®.
However, the market has experienced low inventory levels. “Put simply, the demand for homes is greater than the supply of homes for sale,” Miller said. “It’s a great time to get a market assessment on your home and get ready for what’s certainly going to be a robust spring market.”
