Secure Home FormsTM enable buyers and sellers to safely and securely transmit the mass of personal information needed to close on their home. Streamlined for speed, convenience and accuracy, the new process developed by Edina Realty Title is more convenient and efficient for both Edina Realty clients and agents.

Edina Realty Title’s new Secure Home Forms system eliminates the typical back and forth communication as well as the need for printers, scanners, fax machines or snail mail to transmit information. When clients select e-mail as their preferred method of communication, they receive a link from Edina Realty Title to a website for the safe and secure transmission of their personal data.

Homebuyers and sellers simply read and respond to requests anywhere they have Internet access, including from their mobile devices. Clients’ confidential information is secured by Entrust, providing a level of security that email, mail and fax are unable to provide.
