Nicole Suchy Named Sales Manager of Edina Realty’s Woodbury Office



Nicole SuchyEdina, Minn.—Feb. 29, 2016 – Edina Realty, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, has named Nicole Suchy the new sales office manager of its Woodbury office, which houses agents specializing in everything from residential and lakeshore homes to investment properties.

Suchy steps into a position held by Deb Harren, Edina Realty’s Woodbury office manager for 20 years. Harren is retiring from her management position but will continue to sell real estate as an agent in the Woodbury office.

Last June, Suchy took over as manager of Edina Realty’s Chippewa Valley, Spooner and Hayward offices; prior to that, she directed Edina Realty’s Exceptional Properties division. In her 20-year real estate career, Suchy has managed six Edina Realty Title closing branch offices. She became a licensed broker in Minnesota and Wisconsin in 2005.

Suchy said she’s excited to lead Edina Realty’s Woodbury office during a booming real estate market. “Buyers are grabbing up homes faster than sellers can put them on the market,” she said.

Closed sales in Woodbury are up 37 percent, and the average sales price is up nearly 10 percent. Homes are selling faster, with the inventory of homes down 16 percent and days on the market down 41 percent according to the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®.
