Edina, Minn. — May 3, 2016 – Phillip Holm the new sales manager of its Chanhassen office, which houses more than 50 real estate agents serving the Chanhassen area and surrounding communities.
Holm has been an agent with Edina Realty for 12 years, operating out of the company’s 6800 sales office in Edina. As a top producing agent, he was a featured speaker and trainer at several of the company’s events. His previous work experience includes teaching and music directing.
"In addition to his real estate success, Holm’s teaching experience makes him a natural coach and mentor to other real estate agents, which will serve him well in his new role as manager,” said Terry McDonough, regional sales manager at Edina Realty. “We’re very excited to have Phil on our team," he added.
Holm resides in Edina with his wife. They have four daughters and enjoy listening to music, particularly jazz, in their free time.
Like much of the market, inventory levels in Chanhassen were down from a year ago – 12.7 percent. However, new listings were up 22.4 percent from last March, according to the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®. The median sales price of a home in Chanhassen was $267,000 in March.
