Jump starting your career is important. At Edina Realty University, you’ll learn selling skills, prospecting strategies, marketing techniques and all the nuts and bolts you’ll need to close your first sale.
Once completed, Edina University provides an agent with 22.5 of the necessary 30 continuing education credits required in an agent’s first renewal period.
You can profit from the ongoing training opportunities we provide that will maintain your license and increase your knowledge and success. Most of these classes are offered for free or at a minimal cost.
Your office manager is there to help you along the path to success which includes coaching and mentoring. Weekly networking business meetings, training sessions and one-on-one coaching are just some of the training opportunities available to you.
