Through the sliding glass doors, you’ll step into your private outdoor oasis, complete with comfortable seating and a sparkling pool—ideal for soaking up the Florida sunshine or enjoying a peaceful evening under the stars. The spacious kitchen is designed for both style and function, boasting stainless-steel appliances, ample countertop space, and everything you need to prepare your family’s favorite meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a chic dining area that comfortably seats six guests, perfect for casual family dinners or entertaining friends. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, and plenty of space for personal belongings. The attached primary bathroom is spa-inspired, featuring two vanities, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, creating the perfect retreat to relax and recharge. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, large dresser, and TV, while the second bathroom offers a spacious vanity and a walk-in shower. Wellen Park Golf & Country Club Membership grants guests access to the following and more: The newest Gordon Lewis 18-hole Championship Golf Course Clubhouse Resort-Style Swimming Pool Tiki Bar and Restaurants Fitness Center and Spa Sports courts; Tennis, Pickleball, and Bocce Ball Book your stay and experience luxury, comfort, and unforgettable golf course views in Wellen Golf & Country Club! House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.  Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable. Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company. Owner mailbox not available for guest use. If you wish to receive mail during your stay, we recommend making arrangements with the local post office to secure a PO Box prior to your arrival. Amazon packages should be picked up at a local Amazon locker location. Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.  Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
