When renting this apartment, a temporary membership of the golf club is included for the duration of your stay. You will receive the door code from us prior to your arrival, allowing you to access the house independently. We will also carry out a personal check-out - This single-story condo on the 3rd floor offers step-free access - The community amenities are currently under construction and unavailable for guest use - Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces.
