The building has only 30 units making the condo quaint and small. Surrounding areas are not high rise condos, so the beach is not packed and you can relax. The beach is in a no-drive zone so you do not have to worry about cars with your little ones. The building is equipped with a seasonally heated pool, a sauna, exercise room, and a lighted tennis court. Book this unbelievable condo and know that your family will have the best time and relaxation of the year! You are provided 1 garage parking spot and 1 spot in the outside parking, no more than 2 vehicles. A third spot may be given out on a case by case basis.
