I started flipping houses in 1978. The 1st property was a duplex. I lived on the main floor and rented out the upstairs apartment. Sold it two years later for a $12,500 profit. Purchased 6 more before switching to commercial properties. I sold my own property to Target & Kwik Trip. Developed a 48 lot industrial park. Remodeled and sold 78 seat restaurant.
