Welcome to this year's 19th Annual Client and Supporters' Christmas Party!

We have a new venue, a new layout, and a brand-new way to express our appreciation all while supporting small, local businesses!

Enjoy complimentary coffee, hot cocoa and treats while you catch up with friends, family and of course your favorite realtors. Grab a glass of wine or a drink from the cash bar as you browse through our vendor tables in the comfort of our festive venue. 

For our Clients: as in the past, your household will receive a gift this year.  The big difference is we're letting you choose the gift!  Upon your arrival at Vadnais Heights Commons, visit the welcome table to receive your $40 household “JOYful Bucks” to spend as you wish.  Spend it on yourself, at the bar, all at one place, one item, or split it up between multiple gifts and/or different vendors. Your "JOYful Bucks" will be in $5.00 coupon increments.  Don't forget to bring extra cash (or credit) to sneak in some holiday shopping while you’re here!
