Client Testimonials
Whoa! If you pass this web site, you've gone too far!
Hello, and thank you for the opportunity to earn your trust and become your guide and partner for your upcoming home sale or purchase. I feel strongly that, in addition to providing you with first class service and results, it is important that you feel comfortable with me on a personal level. Communication is the key to a successful working relationship in real estate. You will need to be very open with me regarding your motivations, wants, needs and expectations. Obviously, you will only feel comfortable sharing such personal information with someone you feel you know and can trust. I pride myself on being able to develop this sort of relationship quickly, so that we can move on to helping you find the right home, or sell yours, at the right price.
A little about me…
I have lived in the Twin Cities my entire life and I must be up front about something…I detest Minnesota winters. I know, I know, “it’s a free Country, so why don’t you pack up and head south?” Well, the truth is, I’ve thought about it, but it could never happen. There are too many things here I would never give up: My family, my friends, fishing a different lake every weekend, Golden Gopher Basketball, great restaurants, great theater, political representation by pro wrestlers and spending all day at a four-way stop sign (no, really, you go) just to name a few. So hand me my mittens and put a hot dish in the oven, Nicky, we're here to stay!
My passions:
¨ Family: My wife, Nicky, and sons, Alex and Adam are all incredible gifts. I must have been a renowned healer of people in a past lifetime to have been blessed so overwhelmingly in this one.
¨ Basketball: I love this game! In addition to trying to make it to my regular pickup game once or twice a week, I play sporadically in a league for the “vertically challenged”, follow the Timberwolves religiously and have been a season ticket holder for Gopher Men’s Basketball for fifteen years....Go Tubby!
¨ Fishing: Nothing relaxes me more and bores me less. Some of you understand.
¨ Making people smile: I don’t always succeed, but each time I do makes all the “duds” worthwhile.
¨ Building relationships for life: In addition to being fortunate to have a very close circle of friends, I am proud to say that most of my client relationships have endured and are thriving today.
