From the home inspector to the title agent, we found this same competence and professionalism with all the people that Amy brought into the process and we couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out. We worked with Amy for almost 6 months to find our house. We are first-time home-buyers, and when we started the process of looking for a house, I was honestly pretty discouraged and apprehensive (maybe even salty?) about the whole thing. Luckily, we met Amy randomly when we walked into an open house on Brimhall Street and immediately appreciated her warm nature, great sense of humor and genuinely positive attitude... She helped us strategize on how to be as competitive as possible while never pressuring us to over-bid or to make concessions that we were not comfortable with... Even after we finally bought our (hopefully) forever home, she stayed in touch and helped us connect with the sellers about random questions we had about the house. Buying a house was such a stressful, time-consuming, and unnecessarily complicated process, but we feel so lucky that we had her to walk us through it. We absolutely loved working with Amy!
