Handwritten menus, baked goods, and seasonal drinks add to the cozy atmosphere. While you're there, check out the shop next door - Rewind Vintage. You're sure to find a few gems in there!

Francis Burger Joint

When I tell you I'm a regular here, you better believe it. Francis Burger Joint is the best vegan restaurant in Minneapolis! I'm not even vegan (or vegetarian for that matter), but I find myself gravitating here every week. The service is phenomenal, the food is even better.

What to try: Spicy Chicken Sandwich (get it extra spicy!)

Ideal Diner

If you're looking for a tiny 1950's-esque diner, this is the spot for you. With a bar and just a few tables, you have to plan to get here early or wait for a well-worth it breakfast or lunch. You also can't beat the prices!

What to try: Corned Beef Hash

Hai Hai

From the same owners of Hola Arepa, Hai Hai is a tribute to Southeast Asian flavors. With a James Beard award-winning chef, the rotating selection of dishes are always fresh and drool-worthy. 

What to try: Viet Iced Coffee (+ whatever looks good on the menu to you!)

Bauhaus

Amazing beer and frequent events, what more could you want from a local brewery? They also have their own charitable platform, On The Haus, where anyone can volunteer to help the community.

What to try: Salt & Lime Pilsner

Fairstate

This consumer-owned brewery is a great place to stop, especially if you're also craving an artisan pizza. Co-op members get happy hour pricing on pours ALL DAY!
