Current Buyer Needs

I'm currently working with a number of buyers in the Twin Cities who are having a difficult time finding their next home due to the low inventory levels.

If you're thinking about selling your house and it's a match for one of my buyers below, I'd love to hear from you (or if you have a real estate agent who you're currently working with, you can have them reach out to me instread).

This list is updated monthly:

BUYER 1 (hs): Minnetonka Schools (prefer within the boundaries of MME), will buy something that needs some work or even a tear-down or lot for new construction (lot cost up to $500k).  Would also buy something newer or updated, up to $1.1M

BUYER 2 (pa): Minneapolis, Mill-District condo, must have great views (ideally river or park). Building must allow mid-sized dogs. 2+BR. $900k-$1.5M

BUYER 3 (m): Tear-down or Lot on Lake Minnetonka.  Prefer to be in the area just west of Excelsior (Along Birch Bluff, Edgewood, Howards Point, etc).  Up to $3M (possibly could go higher).

Status Definitions

For sale: Properties which are available for showings and purchase

Active contingent: Properties which are available for showing but are under contract with another buyer

Pending: Properties which are under contract with a buyer and are no longer available for showings

Sold: Properties on which the sale has closed.

Coming soon: Properties which will be on the market soon and are not available for showings.

Contingent and Pending statuses may not be available for all listings
