We want you to have a stress-free buying process, so we provide lenders for you. We want you to be comfortable with your house payment, and this helps us find the right home for you. We are available to you all day and all night to view houses. We will provide you the best chance to find you a home you love.

Buying A Home #3: Writing the Offer

You have found the right home and now it is time to write an offer. Earnest money is typically 1-2%. We have 4 or 5 strategies that we will use to make your offer stand out from others. We will talk contingency and inspection when it comes to the offer. The Seck Group will help you win the offer and get into your Minnesota dream home.

Buying A Home #4: Inspection

A home inspection costs about $350-$600 depending on the size of the home. We also want to test Radon, which is a 2-day test. The priority of an inspection is structural, mechanical, and safety. We like to focus on the big picture. We have the buyer come the last hour of the inspection to get a full report. We are here to negotiate and get the best final price for you.

Buying A Home #5: Steps To Close

There are many steps to close on your home in Minnesota. 1. Appraisal from the lender to determine if the house is priced properly for what we are offering. 2. Lender will provide final underwriting letter. 3. Set up utilities - Edina Realty provides a system called Updater to make this process easy for you. 4. Final Walk-through - the best part! We will help you with any issues to make sure you have a smooth transaction.

Buying A Home #6: The Closing

After the walk-through we have the closing which will take about an hour. Do not forget your drivers license and that we have funds (either a wire or a certified check).
