What distinguishes my work is a deep understanding of how design, construction, and financial decisions intersect in residential real estate. I hold finance and interior design degrees, have built and remodeled ten personal homes, and have been recognized with a national design award for a 2025 small bath remodel. This perspective allows me to help clients evaluate homes more holistically considering livability, potential, and long‑term value.

My design services are intended to complement my real estate work—helping clients better understand a property’s potential before and after purchase. These services are entirely optional and tailored to each client’s goals, timeline, and comfort level.

Status Definitions

For sale: Properties which are available for showings and purchase

Active contingent: Properties which are available for showing but are under contract with another buyer

Pending: Properties which are under contract with a buyer and are no longer available for showings

Sold: Properties on which the sale has closed.

Coming soon: Properties which will be on the market soon and are not available for showings.
