I hold finance and interior design degrees, have built and remodeled ten personal homes, and have been recognized with a national design award for a 2025 small bath remodel. This perspective allows me to help clients evaluate homes more holistically considering livability, potential, and long‑term value.
My design services are intended to complement my real estate work—helping clients better understand a property’s potential before and after purchase. These services are entirely optional and tailored to each client’s goals, timeline, and comfort level.
