Northeast Minneapolis - My home Neighborhood!

Northeast Minneapolis isn’t just one of my favorite markets—it’s home! After living in the area for years, my partner and I bought our home here in the summer of 2021, and we absolutely love it. NE offers a quiet yet central location, with a quick 10-minute commute to downtown and easy access to some of the best cultural and culinary experiences in the city.

The neighborhood is home to Central Avenue, lined with diverse local shops and some of the best ethnic restaurants in Minneapolis. It’s also a hotspot for craft beer lovers, with countless breweries showcasing the city’s thriving craft scene. One of the highlights of the year is Art-A-Whirl, the largest open-studio art tour in the country, where creativity takes over the neighborhood for an entire weekend.

If you’re looking for a home in a vibrant, artistic, and well-connected community, Northeast Minneapolis might be the perfect fit! Let’s find your home in NE—reach out today.

Golden Valley - The Golden Suburb

Golden Valley, my hometown, is my favorite suburb in the Twin Cities. Located just minutes west of downtown Minneapolis, it offers a quiet, residential feel while staying close to the action. The city is bordered by Theodore Wirth Park, the largest park in Minneapolis, featuring biking and hiking trails, golf courses, and year-round outdoor activities.

Golden Valley is home to beautiful mid-century homes, spacious lots, and well-established neighborhoods like Tyrol Hills and North Tyrol, known for their stunning architecture and wooded landscapes. The community is also home to Brookview Golf Course, Breck School, and General Mills’ headquarters, making it a sought-after location for professionals and families alike.

If you're looking for a spacious home, a strong sense of community, and easy downtown access, Golden Valley might be the perfect place for you. Let’s find your home here—contact me today!

North Minneapolis - Hidden Gems

North Minneapolis is full of hidden gems and rich history. My family is originally from 40th and Upton in the Victory neighborhood, where my uncle still lives in our family home! This area offers affordable housing that isn’t often found on the south side, making it a great place to find a home with character.

One of the neighborhood’s highlights is Victory Memorial Parkway, a stunning, tree-lined boulevard with beautiful homes and green space stretching through the Victory neighborhood. To the east, Theodore Wirth Park borders the area, offering trails, lakes, and recreation, while leading to the charming, tucked-away streets of Willard-Hay. North Minneapolis is a vibrant community with great parks, historic homes, and a strong neighborhood feel.

Downtown Minneapolis - Endless options

Downtown Minneapolis is where I fell in love with real estate. At 19, I bought my first condo in Ventura Village, fully renovated it, and flipped it—my first buy and flip!

Downtown offers something for everyone. North Loop is a hotspot for industrial lofts, boutique shops, and top-rated restaurants. Downtown East, my favorite, sits along the Mississippi River, featuring Gold Medal Park, the Stone Arch Bridge, and the iconic Guthrie Theater. The Mill District blends historic charm with modern luxury, while Nicollet Mall serves as the heart of downtown with its vibrant dining and retail scene. Loring Park is another beloved neighborhood, offering a mix of culture, green space, and walkability. For something truly unique, Nicollet Island features rare historic rowhomes, offering a quiet, charming escape in the heart of the city.

No matter your style, Downtown Minneapolis has the perfect home for you. Let’s find it together!

Summit Hill - Posh Alert!

Summit Hill is by far the most posh neighborhood on this list. It’s home to the Minnesota Governor’s Mansion, where Tim Walz resides, and features Grand Avenue, one of the city’s most vibrant and walkable streets. Grand Avenue is lined with charming boutiques, gourmet restaurants, cozy cafés, local bakeries, and historic pubs, making it a lively hub for shopping and dining. Popular spots include Cafe Latte, The Lexington, Red Rabbit, and Bread & Chocolate, offering everything from fine dining to casual bites.

Just one block north, Summit Avenue stretches for five miles, making it the longest preserved stretch of Victorian homes in the country. The homes here exude old-world character, including grand estates with carriage houses, classic brick condos, and even a few modern projects woven into the historic landscape.

If you're looking for stately architecture, a vibrant community, and an iconic Saint Paul setting, Summit Hill is an incredible place to call home.
