It is a pleasure for me to share my appreciation and testimonial of Johnny Khodai’s excellent realty service which he performed on my behalf and on behalf of my dear late mother (whose estate I was assisting). Johnny not only helped us through a difficult time personally but did so with much expertise and wisdom, in my opinion, and he provided us with the highest level of services. My mother sadly had become disabled as she grew older, and my care for her over the years became insufficient medically for her, so we had to relocate her. As we sought to sell her home, I contacted Johnny to help us. He not only provided understanding and encouragement, but also continual and top quality service and information regarding all facets of the sale of my mother’s home. Right off the bat Johnny was very prompt and efficient, providing step by step instructions and helpful counsel which enabled the best preparation of her home for sale, as well as quite a smooth transition and expedient sale at an optimum price. Johnny assisted us in his taking the best quality photos, especially of the highlights of her house, and gave me many specific pointers as well along the way! He was continually available for my calls and questions about preparing the house for sale (which was a large multi-faceted task) and he always seemed to give me top quality advice in one aspect after another. He made it so much easier! On the first day of our sale “opening”, we had people already interested, due to Johnny’s advanced efforts, and as a matter of fact, the first offer of those interested was several thousand dollars MORE THAN our asking price, which I attribute largely to Johnny’s diligent expertise and experience! I am in my late 60’s (and have been an attorney for 40 years) and have been involved directly or indirectly in the sale (or purchase) of many homes over the years. I have worked with many realtors over those 40 years, but I rate Johnny Khodai at the top of his field! I heartily recommend him to others! Thank you so much for your full and excellent service.
