There are loan options that allow for as little as 3% down, and you may qualify for first-time buyer assistance programs.
What’s the first step?
Start with getting pre-approved for a mortgage. I can connect you with lenders who will walk you through it.

That’s okay! We’ll work together to figure out what matters most and create a clear plan moving forward.
You don’t need to have it all figured out—that’s what I’m here for. If you’re thinking about buying your first home, let’s connect and talk through your goals, timeline, and questions. I’d love to help you take this exciting next step.

How much do I need for a down payment?
-This all depends on what you can afford and what type of loan you are getting. Many people believe you need 20% down but some lenders accept as little as 3%-5% down or can help you find programs where you don't have to put any down.
What’s the first step?
-The first step would be find an agent (hello!) and talk to a lender to get pre-approved. By getting pre-approved it gives both you and me what kind of houses we want to start looking at!
Can I buy if I don’t have perfect credit?
-You don't have to have perfect credit, talk to a lender to see what you could still be approved for or what steps you have to take to get you there!
What’s the difference between pre-qualified and pre-approved?
-Getting pre-approved is the first step and gives us an idea of what you can afford. Getting pre-qualified is specific to each property. This shows sellers that you actually have the funds.
What if I’m not ready yet?
-No problem, I'm ready whenever you are!
