Working With Me

Buyers- What does that first meeting look like?

When I work with people I want to get to know THEM first and foremost. It is never "too early" to have this conversation- whether you are looking to buy weeks, months, or years out I always welcome these initial buyer meetings so I can get to know YOU.

My first meeting is typically over coffee- a coffee shop of your choice- and I just ask questions about you so I can get to know you a bit more. I will dive into some home questions and if it seems like we might be a good team- then we will discuss what the buying process looks like a little more- what your timeline is, areas you are looking to buy in, price points (have you been pre-approved), and then get more into home search specifics so I can get you set up on a personalized MLS search.

Moral of the story- I like to think of my client representation as a team and a partnership... and you cannot start that without getting to know each other first!

Sellers- What does that first meeting look like?

Fairly similar to working with my buyers- I still like to start off each meeting very casual- lots of conversation to get to know you each individually. Then it will go into discussion on your home- this is your chance to tell me all of the things you love (and maybe don't love) about your home! Tell me all about any updates that have been made since you moved in. Then we will discuss price and what you are thinking- we are not committing to anything at this point in time- just discussions! Again- I like to think of my client representation as a team and a partnership- this cannot happen without getting to know each other first.
