Dave was born and raised in South Minneapolis. He was in I.T. for 20 years and is the "go to" guy in our Edina office when we can't get our computers to work! His love for real estate made him "flip" his career to investing in property and has flipped 16 houses! His other passions include raising his 3 children, disc golf, fantasy football and enjoying anything outside in this beautiful state of Minnesota we live in!
Melanie was born and raised in the northern St. Paul suburb of New Brighton. She raised 4 children and attended the U of MN for a B.S. in Nutrition. Her passions include cooking, reading books, trying new restaurants, beating her husband in Fantasy Football, listening to music and spending time on the water! She has also run a book group for the last 6 years.

Wells, and Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte.
We believe in the American Dream of owning your own home! It is a way to accumulate generational wealth to further build on your family's future! Money to send your kids to college, start a new business, invest in other properties or live your retirement dream! We also work with veterans getting VA LOANS!

Some of our favorite places in Minnesota! Afton Orchards for picking apples in the Fall and strawberries in the Spring. We love biking around Bda Maka Ska, Lake Harriet, Lake Nokomis, Lake of the Isles and Minnehaha Falls. Of course we love stopping for a beer and food at Bread & Pickle, Sea Salt, or Sandcastle after our bike ride! The Minnesota State Fair is a must every year for their corn dogs, not pronto pups, French Fries, Minneapple Pie, and corn roast!

We are all self professed foodies in our family! Some of our favorite restaurants are: World Street Kitchen, Matt's Bar, Colita, Lotus Restaurant, Revival, Smack Shack, Kramarczuk's, The Local, Sea Salt, Joy's Thai . . . but we must confess we lost some of our favorites during Covid and are very behind in trying some of the new restaurants. Hopefully we will update you on some new favorites! (pictured here at Pau Hanna). What are your favorite restaurants???
