Getting your home ready for the market is one of the most important steps in selling your home. I meet with my clients to discuss what needs to be done. I'll help you choose paint colors, determine what items to include or remove from the home and discuss any inexpensive updates can help set your home apart. From there, we determine if your home needs to be staged with items that I provide. Our goal is to have buyers clammoring to see your home based on the professional photos they see on-line.

Integrated Marketing

I'll use a combination of marketing techniques to help sell your home. First, your home needs to look great on-line which starts with professional photos and staging. On-line marketing includes MLS exposure + social media including Facebook, Linked In and YouTube. I iuse video to enhance your home's exposure and all these play a key role in selling your home. Traditional marketing methods include networking, open houses, and informational printed materials. Before becoming a realtor, I worked in corporate America and held director sales and marketing roles with multiple Fortune 500 companies. I use this experience to get your home seen!

Communication and Negotiation

Communication is extremely important to me. I will keep you informed on all matters related to selling your home and in a very timely manner. For sale: Properties which are available for showings and purchase

Active contingent: Properties which are available for showing but are under contract with another buyer

Pending: Properties which are under contract with a buyer and are no longer available for showings

Sold: Properties on which the sale has closed.
